Sailor Moon~ Rose

So this is a chibi of Sailor Moon who had just received a rose from Tuxedo Mask~
I know some of her ckothes are wrong, like her collar is blue instaed of white and she doesn't have the signature hair accessory in her "meatballs"
But yeah, this is the best I could do
